Vendor & Sponsorship Opportunities

This is a fun, family community event with an opportunity for you to connect with Carmel and Indy-area families looking for summer camps, local resources, classes and programs for adults and kids, and items for their home. It's also a great opportunity to simply connect with parents and moms. It will attract families and the communities from Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Noblesville, all of Hamilton County, Greater Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas.  This is a great way to find new customers with 3,000+ attendees. Plus, most importantly, it will be fun!

Event Info:

  • When: Saturday, April 25, 2026 (Noon - 3PM)
  • Where: 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN
  • Who Attends:  Families from Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Noblesville, Hamilton County, Greater Indianapolis, and the surrounding area.
  • How It Works: Outdoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event and its various fun activities. Admission is free. 
  • Expected Attendance: 3,000+
  • Why Families Attend: This family event connects parents with summer camps, local community resources, classes & programs (kids or adults), childcare, health & wellness, items for their house, shopping, or simply resources you need for your family and its livelihood (insurance, buying a home, home improvements or other family resources).  

What to Do at the Event:

  • Fun Items: Fun spring festival includes bounce park, mini golf, carnival games, special character visits, magician performance, music, dance performances, balloon artist, face painter, duck matching game (win either mini beach ball, bubbles, squishy toy or candy), prize wheel, lucky coin game, prize pinball, lollipop game, touch-a-truck, cake walk contest, limbo contest, free cotton candy, cookies, popcorn, food & tret trucks and more!
  • Summer Camp Expo: Find great options for day camps, overnight camps and more.
  • Family Resources: Find local resources, classes, shopping products, kid's items, plus discover and shop for neat things for your home.
